Lesson Price Guide

Please read the table below to establish my current driving lesson prices. If you have not driven before or have not driven with me before and choose to have your first two lessons as double lessons (recommended), you can book them at a discounted price of £45 per session.  After that my lesson prices are as follows:

Driving Lesson  £25 *
Block of 10  £225 *
Block of 20  £425 *
Pass Plus  £250
 *Individual lessons last for a minimum of 75 minutes  (not the usual 60 minutes offered by most driving instructors).

Please note that double lessons cost double the single lesson price after the introductory offer has been taken.

Driving Lesson (PAYG)
Suitable for new learners who wish to pay for each lesson at the time of its delivery.

Block of 10
A saving of £25 on my standard PAYG rate.

Block of 20
A saving of £75 on my standard PAYG rate.

Pass Plus (max 12 hours of pre-booked sessions)
Additional training (minimum of 6 hours mandatory, but likely to be between 11 and 12 hours, (based on experience and road and traffic conditions) for those that have recently passed their practical driving test and wish to gain further experience in areas not covered whilst learning to drive AND to obtain insurance premium discounts.

  • Payment by CASH or CHEQUE only for all lessons outlined above. Cheques should be made payable to MR M RANNARD. Credit and Debit cards not accepted.
  • Balance returned IN FULL for unused prepaid lessons if practical test passed before all lessons used.
  • Refunds for prepaid lessons where pupil decides to discontinue training (for whatever reason) prior to passing practical test will be paid at the lessons-used rate minus a £10 administration charge.

See examples below:- 

i) 8 lessons used with 10 prepaid will result in a refund of [£225 - (£25*8)] - £10 = £15

ii) 13 lessons used with 20 prepaid will result in a refund of [£425 - ((£22.50*10) + (£25*3))] - £10 = £115
